Skeeta is the beloved mascot of the Essendon Footbal Club.
At every game played in Melbourne, Victoria, Skeeta takes to the field an hour before the game to meet, greet and delight the fans. Bomber
fans everywhere hail their mascot with unbridled enthusiasm. His pre-game antics are a feature, which all bomber fans anticipate and enjoy.
No match is complete without Skeeta!
Skeeta, the mosquito, is the nickname for Moz Skeeta Reynolds. In 1996, the Essendon Football Club commissioned Skeeta to be their mascot.
He is named after the famous group of mid field players from the 1950's-60's, the Mosquito Fleet and Dick Reynolds, former captain, coach
and player. Since his inception, Skeeta has become an integral part of Essendon's football seasons.
Skeeta is always delighted to meet Bomber fans and supporters. He enjoys taking part in
"Meet and Greets". If you would like to meet Skeeta and have him entertain your friends, just
email us for further information. Skeeta appears at all Bomber Mosquito Fleet Clinics throughout
the year. You can see Skeeta at the games, the clinics or at your own chosen venues.
